Yes, of course! Sometimes, you just don't know if something is perfect until you see it and we want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. We've made returns and exchanges simple. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15 day return policy - for a full refund or full exchange (minus returned shipping cost). We recommend sending items back via USPS First Class mail for the most economical rate, but please choose the shipping service you are most comfortable. We cannot be held responsible for lost returned items, and shipping via Priority Mail with a registered tracking number is the best way to keep tabs on a shipment.

Please include the order # in your return package. All items must be returned in original condition as received in order for us to issue a refund / exchange.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive the item back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
WHAT IF AN ITEM SELLS OUT & I WOULD LIKE AN EXCHANGE?
Because we are a small business, we carry small quantities of inventory. If you are concerned about exchanging an item for another size, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you would like to do so. Please include the order # in the subject of the email, so we know which purchase you are referring to. We are happy to set aside an item for your exchange if it is available.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL?
We take extreme measures to ensure that your items are protected for shipping to arrive happy and healthy at your location. However, in the unlikely event that an item does arrive damaged, we are happy to replace the item at no cost to you. You'll need to contact us via email within 3 days of package receipt. Include your order number, a description of the condition and a snapshot of the damage. We'll get our expert team working on getting a new item to you asap.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds are typically processed within several days of receipt of the returned item, but please allow up to 15 days for the refund to appear on your statement. That allows time for the item to be restocked and our team time to process the refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
